Routines Rock
The essence of a balanced and exciting life equation: routines. I’m combining a daily running, yoga routine, together with her medical research and driving her own company. I’ve always valued intellectual freedom very high.
It’s all about taking out time for me-time routines. I’ve also promised myself, if I don’t have time to exercise during my day, I’m running into risk of a burnout. Hence, I’ll go about dedicated to work 24/7 7 days a week, but ONLY of a run and a yoga session are part of my daily routine. If not, I dare to say no!
Feeling entitled to take out time for ourselves is quintessential for mental and physical well-being, intellectual freedom, sexual desire, and a satisfying relationships. We can only give love and attention to others, if we’ve first show love and affection to ourselves. I live according to the Roman saying and Japanese running shoe brand: ASICS ANIMA SANA IN CORORE SANO. Five minutes exercise a day, is a very good start of a healthy routines.
Routine Check List:
Strat with 5min exercise a day.
Add me-time into your calendar.
Reward yourself after exercising (end your run with a nice coffee).
Practice the exercise you like the most.
Go for a run, walk with a friend.
Implement exercise in your work day (standing meeting, walk&talk meetings)
